Our packages are fully inclusive, comprising transfers in Paris on arrival/departure (Friday to Monday) and from your hotel to Longchamp on race days, with "Pesage" racecourse admission provided for both days. Our representatives are on hand both in your hotel and at the racecourse to ensure the smooth running of your weekend from start to finish. With a selection of Eurostar train departures and flights from most of the UK's major airports together with Dublin, a wide range of hotels and our exclusive arrangements at Longchamp, we are confident that ours is a Winning Formula!
In 2012 the first race on Saturday afternoon was run at the new. earlier time of 12.25. If you wish to go racing on Saturday, we suggest you travel to Paris on Friday.
As there are 9 races scheduled on Arc day we strongly recommend, for your own comfort, that you stay overnight in Paris after Sunday's racing.
Pavilion Grandstand
Horse Racing Abroad's unique facility of their own private grandstand at Longchamp where race commentaries are in English. Horse Racing Abroad has worked closely with France Galop for many years and is proud to be the only officially appointed tour company to bring race-goers to this event.
Our aim at Horse Racing Abroad is to ensure that you enjoy your visit to the full. With a reserved seat in our exclusive Horse Racing Abroad Pavilion Grandstand you can watch the racing in comfort. Your tour price includes entry to Longchamp Racecourse, with access to the public areas such as the main grandstands (without reserved seating), but it does not include entry to the Horse Racing Abroad Pavilion Grandstand, which is for the exclusive use of those clients who have purchased Pavilion Badges in advance.
• ENGLISH COMMENTARY
To make your visit to Longchamp even more enjoyable we have
arranged with France Galop that they provide English race
commentaries, uniquely, throughout the Horse Racing Abroad Pavilion
Grandstand area on both Saturday and Sunday.
• VIEWING
The Horse Racing Abroad Pavilion Grandstand provides 1,200 reserved
seats and is situated 1-11/4 furlongs before the winning post, with
an excellent view of the course. From your seat you will be able to
see all the action as the horses round the long turn together with
the positioning of the horses as they make their final run on the
threefurlong straight. The Pavilion Grandstand is situated adjacent
to the walkway from the paddock to the course. There are numerous
TV monitors situated throughout the Pavilion Grandstand.
• BETTING
You will find 12 Pari Mutuel booths in the main hall of the
Pavilion Grandstand. Bets may be made with a minimum stake of €2.00
or any multiple thereof and they may be placed, and winnings
collected, at the same window.
Hospitality
HOSPITALITY
Horse Racing Abroad's private luncheon rooms are wonderfully
situated and give an excellent view of the course. They are located
on the first floor of our HRA Pavilion Grandstand, which is
adjacent to the main grandstand, and do not have the restricted
view that occurs from the infield hospitality area.
The increase in prestige of the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe weekend and the quality of racing has resulted in a demand from both individuals and companies for hospitality facilities appropriate to the occasion itself.
Our Private Luncheon Rooms have been refurbished to a high standard. Each box holds up to 50 guests and may be booked on an exclusive or shared facility basis. This allows both companies and individuals to entertain their guests in an elegant, relaxed setting and to enjoy a splendid day's racing in comfort.
Each Luncheon Room is equipped with a private bar, TV monitors and betting stands. Racing can be viewed on monitors within the Luncheon Room or from your reserved grandstand seat, which is accessed directly from the Luncheon Room.
The Luncheon Rooms are available for either, or both, the Saturday and the Sunday. On Saturday the luncheon will be a cold buffet whilst on Sunday there will be a four-course menu. On each day there will be a full open bar with Champagne together with afternoon coffee. On Sunday there will also be a guest speaker to assist with your racing selections.
Reservations will be taken for any size party but please note that parties of less than 8 persons may be accommodated on a shared table.
A 35-person minimum is required for exclusive use of a Private Luncheon Room
Note: If no travel arrangements are required a £TBC (2012 price £50 per person) supplement will be levied to include the cost of entrance badges to Longchamp and to cover our administration.

•THE MARQUEE RESTAURANT PACKAGE
We introduced The Marquee Restaurant Package in 2011 and it
has become a massive success.
The package, for Arc day Sunday 06 October,
includes:
• Reserved table in your name
• 4 course self-service buffet lunch with hot plat du jour
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• Reserved grandstand seat
The reserved tables will be situated in a designated area and are
exclusive to you throughout the day, from your arrival at the
course until you leave later in the afternoon. The area will be
equipped with TV monitors and our representatives will be in
attendance.
Vouchers will be issued for your buffet lunch. The lunch comprises
of a starter, a hot main course, cheese, dessert and half a bottle
of wine. Please note that there may be a supplement payable for
seafood.
We hope that many of you will find that having a reserved table
adds to your afternoon's pleasure so that you can enjoy the day's
racing in a more leisurely, relaxed atmosphere.
Your Horse Racing Abroad Pavilion Grandstand reserved seat is also
valid for Saturday 05 October.

On Saturday 05 October we are delighted to offer you the opportunity to participate in one of the following excursions for your added enjoyment:
CHANTILLY STABLE VISIT
In association with France Galop, Horse Racing Abroad is pleased to
offer an early morning "behind the scenes" visit to the Chantilly
training grounds. Coaches leave from your hotel but return from
Chantilly directly to Longchamp for the afternoon's racing. There
will be a stop in central Paris for those who do not wish to go
racing.

LIDO DINNER SHOW
A spectacular international review starring the renowned "Bluebell
Girls". Three course set menu dinner, including a half bottle of
Champagne per person!
Cost £165.00 per person.
Excursion prices include escorted transfers from your hotel and
