Deauville, a favourite holiday destination for Parisians, has golden beaches, designer boutiques, gourmet dining and casinos. Our visit to Deauville coincides with the famous Yearling Sales that commence on Saturday 18^th August and finish on Tuesday 21^st August. This is the ideal opportunity to savour the unique atmosphere of the Sales.

Deauville hosts top quality racing throughout August and during this weekend the feature races are the Group 1 Prix Morny and the Group I Prix Jean Romanet. The Prix Morny, for 2-year-olds, is run over 6 furlongs.  In 2011, Dabirsim won this race ahead of Family One and Vladimir.   The Prix Jean Romanet is for mares of 4 years and older, run over 1¼ miles.  The race was won by Announce with another of Khalid Abdullah's horses, Timepiece, in second followed by Lily of the Valley in third.

For 2012 we are pleased to offer the choice of two tours to Deauville: Flights to Deauville and back operate only on Fridays and Sundays and have very limited capacity.  From past experience we are aware that our clients like to enjoy a long relaxing weekend in Deauville therefore we have arranged the ultimate in luxury coach travel departing from London Victoria.

Sit back, relax and travel in our luxury, private, coach. The Channel crossing will be via the Folkestone - Calais route with Eurotunnel.  Our modern, air-conditioned coach is equipped with 32 fully reclining leather seats arranged around tables, on-board toilet, WiFi and multi media equipment.   Our Horse Racing Abroad representative, who will accompany you during the weekend, will welcome you on board with a glass (or two) of champagne and a complimentary copy of The Racing Post.  A variety of fine wines and champagne, together with soft drinks, tea, coffee and snacks will be available throughout the journey and a buffet lunch, including seafood, will be served at your table from our on-board kitchen.
